1. What IrelandFans is
IrelandFans is an independent online directory of publicly available creator profiles with a connection to Ireland. We operate no subscription service, process no payments and host no adult content. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the platform our listings link to.
2. Adults only
This website is intended solely for persons aged 18 or over. By accessing the site you confirm that you have reached that age. If you are under 18, you must leave the site.
3. External links
Listings link out to third-party websites. Once you follow such a link you leave IrelandFans, and your use of the destination site is governed entirely by that site's own terms and policies, over which we have no control.
4. Accuracy of listings
Listing information (descriptions, categories, pricing indications) is compiled from publicly available sources and creator submissions. We keep it under review but do not warrant that any listing is complete, current or error-free at any given moment.
5. Creator submissions
By submitting a profile through the "Add profile" form you warrant that you are the owner of the profile in question, that you are 18 or over, and that you hold all rights necessary in the material you provide. We may decline or remove any submission at our discretion.
6. Intellectual property
The directory's own text, layout and compilation are the property of IrelandFans. Creator names, images and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners and appear here for identification purposes only.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, IrelandFans accepts no liability for loss arising from your use of the site, from reliance on listing information, or from content on third-party sites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the moment it appears; continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
